Due to the nature of our products 

Because our scalp scrubs are handcrafted personal-care items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damages or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

-your order number

-a clear photo of the issue

We'll be happy to replace the item or issue a refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
